Pal-O-Mine

The Pal-o-Mine is oldest continuously produced wrapped candy bar in North America.  Shared between Pals for over 100 years.  Made in New Brunswick by the Ganong Chocolatiers.  The Chicken Bones were invented in 1885 .  They are a spicy pink cinnamon hard candy with a delightful chocolate center. A Christmas treat when we were kids!  Original Watercolour mounted directly onto a 5x9” x 1/2” board.  Painted with artist grade watercolor paints, 100% cotton paper, and sealed with archival wax making it water resistant.
